MEET THE FOUNDER
Kalilah is the heart and vision behind Rode to Wellness but her journey didn’t start there. Before this, she built Raw Bliss Pantry, a brand rooted in nourishing foods and holistic wellness. Through that path, she saw how much women crave more than just nutrition: they want consistency, empowering knowledge and a roadmap that works when life gets messy.
From Raw Bliss to Rode to Wellness, Kalilah’s mission has deepened. She now offers whole-life coaching that moves beyond the pantry and into every corner of your routine: movement, mindset, sustainability, habits and accountability.
She doesn’t believe in extremes or quick fixes. Her philosophy is that wellness should fit your life, not the other way around. With a compassionate yet honest coaching style, she helps clients dismantle ‘all or nothing’ thinking, build confidence in their choices and lean into progress over perfection.
